Short Cut Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup cooking oil
• 4 tsp. vanilla

• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 4 cups flour
• 4 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Beat eggs with fork, not mixer, until none of the whites can be seen and you have a smooth yellow liquid. Add oil, vanilla, and sugar. Blend thoroughly. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into sugar mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten by patting lightly with fingers. Sprinkle with colored or granulated sugar. Bake at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
