Tofu and Roasted Pork Belly Stir Fry

Tofu is a staple ingredient in our household cooking and pairs well with any left over meats like Roasted Pork Belly. It is easy and simple entree to eat along with a side of rice.

  1. Prep your ingredients. Dice tofu in cubes. Slice onions. Dice roasted pork belly.
  2. Heat your pan and olive oil. Add your slice onions and sauté for one minute.
  3. Ad
  4. Put your tofu in and wait until your pan boils. Once pan boils with the tofu, add 2 teaspoon of fish sauce, dash of salt and pepper then add 1/2 cup of water. Cook until the broth boils for 10 minutes.
