Tofu is a staple ingredient in our household cooking and pairs well with any left over meats like Roasted Pork Belly. It is easy and simple entree to eat along with a side of rice.

- 1 package fresh tofu
- 1 lb roasted pork belly
- 1/2 onion
- Dash of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Prep your ingredients. Dice tofu in cubes. Slice onions. Dice roasted pork belly.
- Heat your pan and olive oil. Add your slice onions and sauté for one minute.
- Put your tofu in and wait until your pan boils. Once pan boils with the tofu, add 2 teaspoon of fish sauce, dash of salt and pepper then add 1/2 cup of water. Cook until the broth boils for 10 minutes.
- Ready to serve and plate. Enjoy entree with side of rice.
