I don't know if this is the right forum in which to present this dilemma, but I can't find a site to answer this!
We are moving and want to sell a living room set. It is about 14 months old and in very good condition, so we are asking half the price of when it was new. We would like to sell the whole set, but have people asking for just the couch, just the coffee table, etc. We're not sure how to price these individually.

People might not want the entire set because they have a very small apartment or house. Also, they might already own coffee tables or have a favorite chair and not want to pay for something they're not going to use by purchasing the whole set. About the asking price - it depends how bad you want to sell it. If $400 is the highest price offered and you don't sell the furniture you might wish you had accepted the offer.
My husband has always said when we get ready to sell something we should look at it and decide what we would pay for it if we were looking and price it a little lower. Also, if it appears that someone is in need and offers a lower price consider it and if it you can sell it for that do it. Sometimes it's better for you to take the hit. You will have to decern if someone is just being cheap or really in need. You'll feel great about helping someone out, like a newly wed couple that both work at a fastfood place and 350.00 is all they could come up with. Pray, GOD will direct you.
