Quick Zucchini Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups unpeeled grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Beat cake mix, eggs, oil, cinnamon and vanilla together in a large bowl for 5 minutes. Fold in zucchini, raisins and nuts. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Spoon in batter and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 50 minutes. Remove from pan and cool.

Do you know if a bundt pan would work the same as the tube pan?
