You can replace any or all of these fruits with your choices such as kiwi, papaya, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, nectarines, or canned, crushed and drained pineapple.

  • 1 (18 oz.) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup grapes, halved

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Press cookie dough evenly into a 12 inch pizza pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.

Spread whipped topping over cooled crust, arrange fruit on top and refrigerate until ready to serve.

I love Fruit Pizza! You can add any kind of fruit to it. If you want a creamier fruit pizza, blend a package of softened cream cheese with the whipped topping, and then spread it on the pizza. Yummy!

Mom used to let us make this when we were growing up. The only difference was to use softened cream cheese whipped up with pineapple juice (leftover from the canned fruit) as the topping.
