Black Walnut Cake |

Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. butter or shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup black walnut meats
- 1 cup sweet milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, add milk alternately with flour in which baking powder has been added. Add pinch of salt, vanilla, and beat well. Bake in greased loaf pan. 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
