I accidentally broke a bottle of olive oil on our concrete floor. Any help on how to clean this up and keep it from turning rancid and stinking?

Any oil spills on hard surfaces can be absorbed well by using corn meal. Sprinkle on spill and allow to sit for 15 to 20 minutes or so. Then sweep up the spill into the dustpan and throw away.
This is what we did with oil that was spilled at the grocery store where I used to work.

Purchase clay kitty litter. Sprinkle over and work in. Leave or repeat until all oil is gone. This works on oil spills on garage floors.

Repeated applications of detergents, and if that still leaves a trace of smell, then bar soap scrubbed in with a stiff brush followed by hot detergents.

I have done this before and some Dawn dish soap with hot water usually get most of it.
