Chopping Vegetables and Meats
I chop vegetables and meat on paper plates. It's cleaner than a chopping board, and I can throw away the used plate.

What is a Pampered Chef food chopper and were do you buy them ? I am in Australia.

I like to use the Pampered Chef food chopper for my veggies, nuts, fruit, meat, etc....
Plus it is a great safe way to get the kids involved in the kitchen as well.
