For party favors, how about copies of Glamour Magazine for all the guests. (if they are adults). Have everyone come dressed up and wearing heels. Long white gloves also say glamour. They might also work as a party favor. I like jojo's idea about the sashes on the chairs Have a different one for each girl and have them say things like "Miss Congeniality" and have one that describes each of the girls. Make it into a game where everyone has to figure out who sits wear. Glamour. Girly. Floral and/or pink dishes. Fancy handbags/purses as centerpieces. Make it into a girl's nite out/slumber party. Audrey Hepburn films. She was glamorous and sophisticated. Breakfast at Tiffany's. I guess I'm thinking of a party for women instead of girls. Your question didn't specify but if it's a dinner party, it's probably for women. That's all I can think of now. Good luck.

For adults or kids? A fun party?
If it's a fun party, I'd go tiaras (as party hats) for everyone, you could pick them up pretty cheaply at dollar stores, they may even have cardboard ones sold in packs in their party sections. If you're setting a table you could place one at each setting. Lets not forget mirrors...Glamour girls would certainly like admiring themselves! For decorations, you could use anything glitzy, sparkly or with bows. You could maybe get some cheap tulle and tie big bows at the back of each chair. Sprinkle some foil scatter stars on the tables. If you can get some tinsel curtains, normally used at xmas, you could hang them across windows or walls, gold or silver would probably be best. Instead of putting bows on the chairs you could make sashes (like those worn in beauty contests) and have them say "Glamour Girl" and drape them diagonally across the backs of the chairs.
