Eating Carbohydrates (a.k.a. sugar) will add body weight.

Although eating 'prepackaged' foods with (hidden) sugars will add weight, it really isn't the best choice for weight gain as this could create other health problems (from continued use).

Your body knows your ideal weight if you are eating balanced meals with Proteins, Fats, and Carbohydrates.

Move to the state of GA., USA. I have gained over
the past 20 years over 100 lbs and have gone up over 8 dress sizes. They just cook different here in
GA and everything goes to fat. I was from the mid-west in America and was almost 50 years old and never gain any weight until I moved here. You might try for some GA recipes also.
