Waldorf Salad (Low Cal)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced unpeeled apple
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup of low or nonfat yogurt (use plain, vanilla or orange)

Directions:

Combine celery, apple, walnuts and raisins. Then mix in the yogurt. Makes a low calorie salad.
