Mukluk Soup

This is a soup I made yesterday, trying to use up things I already had at home.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag frozen broccoli stir-fry mix - thawed in fridge
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 can fat free condensed cream of chicken soup
  • garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Put all ingredients in the crock pot on low early in the morning, and cook for 6 hours. Serve with crusty garlic toast. Makes about 4 servings.

Note: I used the frozen mix with cut up broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, red bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and water chestnuts.
