Can you freeze Harvard beets?

Beets can be frozen or canned. Beets need to be cooked until tender before freezing and can be cut into cubes or slices before packing into freezer containers. Leave a 1/2 inch of head space. Seal, label, and freeze. Beets require pressure processing if they are to be canned. Good luck.
