Cheesy Beef Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. dried beef, shredded
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 can tomatoes, undrained (16oz.)
  • 1 can hot green chilies (4oz.)
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
  • corn chips

Directions

Mix and bake in 1 1/2 qt. baking dish at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve hot with crackers. (I prefer Triscuits)
