All American Meat Loaf |

Combine the following ingredients for glaze and set aside.
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp. mustard
Combine the following ingredients and mix well:
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Put meat loaf ingredients in 7x11 inch pan. Spoon glaze over top. Cover with wax paper if cooked in microwave. Microwave on roast 20-25 minutes or preheat oven and bake 45 minutes in 375 degree F oven.
