Peanut Butter Cake
Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter or margarine,
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs,
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt.
Instructions: Cream butter or margarine with brown sugar. Add and cream sugar. Add eggs, vanilla nad peanut butter. Mix well. Sift baking powder in with the flour and add to mixture along with milk, soda and salt. Put into your pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Frosting:
Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter or margarine, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 2 cups powdered sugar, 3/4 cups peanut butter.
Instructions: Melt butter or margarine. Add brown sugar and milk. Boil a few minutes stirring constantly. Remove from stove and cool. Add powdered sugar and peanut butter. Beat well.
