- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 package German Sweet Chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Melt butter and chocolate together. Beat eggs well and slowly add sugar. Add melted butter and chocolate mixture, vanilla and salt. Beat well. Add flour, mix until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into greased and floured 8 or 9 inch glass dish. Bake at 325 degrees F for 30-40 minutes. Cut in small squares and dip in powdered sugar, or cut in larger squares and top with ice cream.
