sounds a little simplistic to me unless you're single and aren't leaving town. what about shorts, bathingsuit, toiletries (ie: prescripiton meds), ID/tickets, wallet, money, not to mention all the stuff for kids.

no shorts, no socks, no toothbush or paste. you need a lot more than this for a two week vacation. i can pack for a camping type week vacation in a good size duffle bag.
