Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. chicken bouillon powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 cups diced cooked turkey
- 1/4 cup chopped pimiento
- 1/4 cup sherry
Directions
Melt butter in frying pan. Add mushrooms and green pepper. Saute until soft.
Mix flour, bouillon powder, salt and pepper. (Using twice as much pepper zips it up.) Stir in milk and water until it boils and thickens.
Add turkey, pimiento and sherry. Stir. Heat through.
