To save money and not waste cookies, take left over animal crackers, graham crackers, teddy grams, etc. and grind them up. I then measure them into baggies, 1 cup at a time, and freeze the bags. To use in recipes, pie crusts, 7 layer bars, etc.

I've saved mine for years too. I add them to crushed graham crackers for pie and cheesecake crusts. I toss them in a quart jar in my freezer to keep them fresh. Did you know that the Little Debbie cookie factory saves all its crumbs to use in making their oatmeal cream pies?
