Throw Away Old Makeup

Even in this tough economy, do not hold on to old make up. Many of us have old cosmetics filling up the shelves of our bathroom. Did you know that with repeated use, bacteria can grow in your make up and that eye make up is most at risk. Don't risk an eye infection on an old eyeliner.

Any makeup applied to the skin can actually cause breakouts or other skin problems if it's past due. Does the make up have a strange odor? Has it dried up? These are indicators to toss it. Below is a list you may find helpful.
