Fruit (Canned) Cake |

Ingredients
- 2 cup flour
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can fruit and juice
Directions
Mix well in order given and bake in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan for 45 minutes in a 350 degree F oven. Frost with powdered sugar icing, if desired.

Hi: I have used the can of pineapple and it turns out real good. No Fat. I wonder if you could use 1/2 sugar and 1/2 splenda, never tired that as yet. I use a 9"by9" pan and it turns out real nice. Blue dog
