Movado the Cat |

Movado is 10 months old and is a black and white domestic short hair cat. We got him in October, 2005 at the animal shelter. He likes to play, knead his blanky, play with his brother Christian, and swat at anything and everything. I adopted my other cat Christian (shown yesterday) and Movado a month later when he was 4 mos. old. He was so shy and didn't enjoy being petted or held at all. He has come around a lot! I wasn't sure if he ever would, but he has. It's good to know that "good things come to those who wait!"

RE: Movado the Cat
He is precious! Looks like he's wearing a toupee, but precious none the less.
RE: Movado the Cat
He is saying "Hello" to everyone! He is constantly blocking the screen when I am on the computer! He wants me to get off and play with him :)

RE: Movado the Cat
Thank you everyone!! I'll have to post more pics of him soon. His eyes are amazing, I stare at them all the time :) Rescue kitties are the best, especially when they are kittens, they have to go through little adjustment (but big kitties are good too!). My other cat Christian was only 8 weeks when I got him and Movado was 4 months. He was the only kitty in the shelter and we brought Christian with us to see how they got along, and the rest was history, we were bringing him home! They are the best of friends :) He is such a gentle little boy. Lately, we actually for almost 2 mos. now, he's been limping on and off. I brought him to the vet back in March and the Vet checked him out and didn't find anything wrong with his leg. He did however find that Movado had heart diease :( I've talked with alot of people though and they say that heart problems in cats are more common than most people think. I don't know how true that is, but i just hope my baby boy is going to be ok. We'll see! I bring him back in a few months! Thank you all for the comments!

I agree. Rescued kitties are the best. All mine are rescues and they do show their love and affection. I have 9. Oh Boy. I have a big house and they are all indoor kitties. I would sooner be around my kitties than alot of people I know. Your Movado is so cute.

Leah! Movado is so pretty! I love his story! Aren't rescue kitties the best? They so appreciate a loving, safe home.
Bless you heart for adopting!
