  • Cutting mat
  • Sharp knife or mandolin
  • 2 large apples
  • 1/4-1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Wash and dry off apple slices. Thinly slice on cutting mat or mandolin. Make sure to cut off the ends first, and then pick out the seeds. No one wants to eat seeds. Some of the slices will have a star shape to them in the middle.
