Gourmet Mushroom Casserole
- 1 lb. med. size fresh mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. chopped marjoram
- 1 tsp. chives, minced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chicken bouillon
- 1/4 tsp. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Place mushrooms in crock pot. Melt butter with marjoram, chives, salt and pepper and place in crock pot. Add chicken bouillon and water. Stir well. Cover, and bake in crock pot on high for 1 hour or on low for 2 1/2-3 hours.
