Chicken and Dumplings with Less Fat
To make chicken and dumplings with less fat, I freeze or chill my chicken broth in the freezer. I then remove the fat which has come to the top. Next, I use some of this fat to make my dumplings along with a little of the broth. My dumplings are healthy and never greasy.

I always purchase no fat/low fat chicken broth.
