I bought some recently made by the company that makes waffle cones. I think it was "Joy" brand. They are relatively small, so don't be surprised! I got mine at a local grocery store, but I'd imagine Wal*Mart has them too.

If you're talking about the ones for serving ice cream, you can find them at Wal Mart - or probably any grocery store.
