- container of fresh mushrooms
- 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup safflower oil
Slice mushrooms, cored green pepper and onion into thin slices. Combine vinegar, sugar and oil and add to veggies. Chill. Let marinate at least 3 hours.
