Slice mushrooms, cored green pepper and onion into thin slices. Combine vinegar, sugar and oil and add to veggies. Chill. Let marinate at least 3 hours.

This salad might be low-carb and low-calorie, but it is full of flavor. It is easy to make and only has a few ingredients.
Toss mushrooms in dressing. Wash lettuce leaves and place on serving plate. Spoon mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with dill.
