If anyone was considering joining 'Curves for Women' (the 30 minute exercise - gym for women only, but haven't for what ever reason, check out http://www.curvesinternational.com.

During March, if you bring a sack of groceries to Curves, they'll waive the $29.00 enrollment fee for this month. All the foods go to the local food banks, in your area. Whether it's something that you've gotten at the grocery, at the dollar store, or something homegrown & home canned.

I was told it was for the week of the 7th only. I called about joining Curves this week and the owner said they are not having any specials right now. I wished i would have called last week.

i would like to warn you first. i have some arthritis. i joined CURVES last year before the arthritis got real bad. when i was at curves the pain would get so bad i started eliminating machines that i would work on. finally i started tripping off the machines i stopped going. i know it is a system that works well for some. but not for all. the employees are not exersize savvy really. i finally joined the YMCA. i know these folks are much more knowledgeable.
