Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 8 eggs
- 10 slices bread, cubed
- 3 cups milk
- 2 tsp. basil
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced (can use fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Brown the sausage and drain. Mix the eggs, cubed bread, milk, basil, cheese, mushrooms, melted butter, flour, dry mustard and the salt with the sausage. spoon the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 60-70 minutes, until set.
