I am wanting to know if wheat germ will cause you to lose weight? I thought I overheard an uncle saying he put it on everything and he was so much thinner than the last time I had seen him.

I doubt wheat germ alone caused him to lose weight, but by eating whole grains, it fills you up and stays in your tummy longer, making you feel fuller, longer, keeping the hunger pains away. There are so many other health benefits from eating whole grains, too.
