Impossible Custard Pie
Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 or 3/4 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Milk to fill pan to 1/4 inch from top (about 1 1/2 cups)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a pie pan, mix the first five ingredients. Then add a little milk, blend well. Add the rest of milk up to 1/4 inch from top. Mix. Bake until set, 50 - 60 minutes. Serve hot. (it will puff up pretty high)
If you have chickens and a milk cow or goat, this is a good way to use up extra eggs and milk. Very good.

Sounds delicious, but given the puffing, is this more like a souffle than a custard or pie? I have 3 questions: 1) How big and deep is the pie pan? 2) Is there a pre-made crust on the pan? And the stupidest question of all... 3) What makes this pie impossible? Thanks
