Simple, very colorful, and very healthy.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped turkey
- 1/2 cup red or green grapes
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. almonds
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Grated rind of 1/2 orange
- 1 cup mayonnaise (use according to your taste)
- Lettuce
Directions:
In a medium bowl, put turkey chopped into medium size pieces. Cut grapes into four pieces. Slice celery. Add the almonds. Then, add lemon juice and orange rind to mayonnaise. Mix with turkey and other ingredients.
Arrange on lettuce leaves on a platter.
