Breakfast Pizza I

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. pizza crust mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup mushroom soup (condensed)
  • 3/4 lb. sausage (cooked and drained)
  • 1/3 lb. bacon (fried and crumbled)
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Directions

Mix pizza crust mix according to directions on package. Spread on 12 inch pizza pan. Bake 3 minutes. Mix soup and eggs. Spread cheese, sausage and bacon over partially baked pizza crust. Pour egg and soup mixture over cheese and meats. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-13 minutes or until eggs have set.

Breakfast Pizza II

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1/2 cup bacon (4-5 slices)
  • 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup frozen hash browns (thawed)
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

Brown ground pork until no longer pink; drain. Cook bacon; crumble. Place crescent rolls in 14 inch pizza pan or 9 inch pie plate, pressing over bottom and up sides to form a crust, sealing perforations. Over crust, layer ground pork, hash browns, mushrooms, bacon and cheeses. Pour eggs and milk over pizza. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

Breakfast Pizza III

Ingredients

  • 1 tube crescent rolls
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 package shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)

Directions

Grease 9x13 inch pan. Unroll crescent rolls and pat in pan; seal holes. Beat eggs and milk. Cover rolls with cheese. Pour eggs over cheese. Sprinkle with meat. Bake at 375 degrees F for 18-20 minutes. Let set 5 minutes. Use with whatever kind of meat or cheese you would like for a nice variation.

I made Version III for dinner last night and the entire pizza was devoured! It was fabulous - I should have made two! I like this recipe as it doesn't call for this to set overnight in the fridge as so many breakfast casseroles do!

I like the Breakfast Pizza III version. Vegetarians like me can just leave off the bacon and replace it with onion. Yum!
