Popcorn Cake

Ingredients:

  • 4 qt. popped popcorn
  • 2 pkg. M and M's Plain chocolate candies (2 oz. size)
  • 2 pkg. M and M's Peanut chocolate candies (2 oz. size)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 lb. marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup margarine

Directions:

Combine popcorn, candies, and pecans in large bowl; mix well. combine marshmallows, oil and margarine in saucepan. Cook until marshmallows and margarine are melted, stirring frequently. Pour over popcorn mixture; mix well. Press into angel food cake pan to mold. Invert onto serving plate. Serves 12.

Popcorn Cake

Easy and good. This one's fun for kids to do!

Ingredients:

  • 14-15 cups popped corn
  • 5 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 stick margarine
  • M and M's (amount you prefer)

Directions:

Melt marshmallows and margarine. Pour over popcorn. Add MandM's. Press lightly in well greased angel food cake pan. Press more candies onto cake, after you remove from pan.

Cooking Time: 0 Minutes

Popcorn Cake

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 20 caramel candies
  • 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 10 cups popped corn
  • 1/2 lb. M and M candies
  • 1 cup salted nuts

Directions

Melt butter, oil and caramels. Add and melt marshmallows. Pour melted mixture over 10 cups popped corn of which M and M's and nuts have been added. Press into a well greased bundt or angel food cake pan.
