You can get feather boas at many craft stores and also in costume shops.
I've seen them in dollar stores. Other resources are Oriental Trading and Kipp Bros.
I went to micheals for the first time. Their very high for the boas. I'll just trim on a lower cost scale.Thanks
I have seen them at Hancock Fabrics and other fabric stores. It seems like they were between $8-10. One should do more than one purse,though.
