Easy Strawberry Cookies

Got this one from my Grandma. She lived out of a farm far from town and needed to bake cookies for a get together and came up with this.

Ingredients:

• 2 Boxes of Strawberry Cake Mix - Any kind
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/4 cups shortening

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until all the dry mix from the cake mixes are moist. Roll into 1 inch balls and flatten with a fork but not too flat.

Bake at 350 degrees F until edges turn slightly brown, about 8 minutes depending on the oven. Let sit on cookie sheet till slightly cool and transfer to a rack. That's it, believe it or not.
