Creamed Dill Potatoes

Mild and light flavored potatoes in a cream sauce.


  • 6 small fresh new potatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill (or frozen dill)
  • 1 pint cream
  • Salt and pepper


Find a casserole bowl. Preheat the oven at 300 degrees F. If new potatoes, do not peel. Otherwise peel and slice. Cut up the dill and put in casserole. Season to taste.

Time:20 Minutes Preparation Time
50 Minutes Cooking Time

Don't feel bad Bev, I once read a recipe on the Ritz Cracker box that gave the recipe for Mock Apple Pie but forgot to list applesauce!

I think bullfrogcorner is being nit picky about when to add the cream. Obviously before baking but beyond that, it probably doesn't much matter.

And fyi.... Mock Apple Pie does not have applesauce in it.
