Mild and light flavored potatoes in a cream sauce.
Ingredients:
- 6 small fresh new potatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh dill (or frozen dill)
- 1 pint cream
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
Find a casserole bowl. Preheat the oven at 300 degrees F. If new potatoes, do not peel. Otherwise peel and slice. Cut up the dill and put in casserole. Season to taste.
