Kentucky Fried Chicken Cole Slaw

Not the actual recipe, but tastes much like it.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 T. white vinegar
  • 2 1/2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 whole cabbage, chopped fine
  • 1 med. carrot, grated

Directions

Mix chopped cabbage and carrot. Mix all other ingredients. Add to cabbage mix. Chill for 2 hours.

KFC cole slaw is just cabbage, carrot and Marzetti's cole slaw dressing.

Thank You for sharing that. I have a version that I make that has crushed pineapple and raisins in it. Yummy
