Sift powdered sugar and cocoa into large bowl. Mix well. Melt cheese and margarine in saucepan. Pour into powdered sugar and cocoa mixture. Add vanilla; mix well. Add nuts. Spread into buttered 9x13 inch pan.

I've been trying to remember the amounts to make this. I've always been afraid to make "real" fudge...even with a thermometer I'm worried about getting the right temperature.
This recipe is so easy...it also works well to microwave the cheese and butter. But be sure to sift the sugar! One time I didn't, so there were little lumps of sugar in the fudge.
