- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 package carrots, peeled and sliced (1lb.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 bunches green onions and tops, diced
- 2 tsp. curry powder
Melt butter in skillet; add carrots, onions, salt and curry powder. Saute' until tender, about 15 minutes.
