Sausage Stew

This stew is delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 8-10 breakfast sausages
  • 3 Tbsp. powdered chicken bouillon
  • 2 cups frozen vegetables
    Ad
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 Tbsp. of any kind of cream soup base (I found it at the Bulk Barn.)

Directions:

Put 5 cups of water in a pot. Add ingredients. Let it simmer for 2 hours. Add black pepper to taste.

It is simply delicious.

Do you cook the sausages first or just simmer them the 2 hours?
