Ruby Tuesday Rice Recipe

I'm hunting for the rice recipe Ruby Tuesday uses as one of their side dishes. Does anyone have a clue how it's made. I tried to do it at home just by looking at it but it sure didn't taste the same. Any help greatly appreciated.
