Potato Onion Soup
- 4-6 medium sized potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3-4 dashes Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper
- parsley (optional)
Peel and cube potatoes and chop onion. Put in 3 qt. kettle and just barely cover with water. Bring to a boil, then continue cooking until done. Mash slightly with potato masher to break up any big chunks. Then add milk, Tabasco sauce and seasoning and heat till hot and serve.
