Fiesta Bake

  • 1 lb. hamburger, cooked
  • 1 can red beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tube crescent rolls
  • 1 cup black olives, chopped
  • sour cream

Place half the crescent roll dough flat in a 9 inch round baking pan like a pie crust. Bake 7 minutes at 350 degrees F. Then mix hamburger, beans, salsa and cheese and place in pan. Place the other half of the crescent roll dough on top and bake 15 minutes or until the top crust is golden brown. Top with sour cream and chopped black olives.
