Pineapple Chess Pie
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Combine sugar and margarine, cream well. Add eggs and flour; beat. Stir in pineapple and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool completely before cutting.
