Western Mac Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 1 package Macaroni and Cheese Dinner
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Prepare dinner as directed on package. Brown meat, celery and onion. Stir in corn, tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Add macaroni and cheese and mix well.

Pour into 2 quart casserole and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, 350°F for 15 minutes.
