Literally, "chop suey" means odds and ends. This could also be called Chili Mac or Hungarian Goulash. It is a perfect dish to cook up with things you have around the kitchen.
This is quick, easy, and tasty!
Cook ground chuck and season with garlic pepper and salt. Add both cans of tomatoes.
Cook on low and stir occasionally. Top with can of tomato sauce. Let simmer for ten minutes.
Add cup and a half of Monterrey jack cheese on top and cover. Serve with garlic bread. Yummy!

Cook macaroni. Rinse in cold water, and drain. Brown meat and onion; drain fat. Mix macaroni, meat, chili with beans and ketchup. Add a bit of water or tomato juice if mixture is too dry. Place 1/2 of mixture in 2 quart casserole. Cover with cheese. Add remaining mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
